Bogie Miss is the sole first-starter of the trio, a strong daughter of Danerich who is closely related to two-time Group 1 winner Pace Invader and she does look forward enough to run a race.

After going to the line under her own steam for third via her first jump-out at Kyneton, the three-year-old took the lead and won an Avoca trial easily on October 23, albeit the time wasn't flash.

With a recent Group 1 winner in Attrition along with the brilliant and unbeaten Skybird, who could be anything, we'll be seeing more of young trainer Mitch Freedman in feature races next year.

The Ballarat handler appears to have another progressive horse in Capre Omna, a four-year-old who overcame trouble to record a brilliant breakthrough victory at Seymour second-up on October 22.

That win followed a first-up fourth behind a handy trifecta, which includes subsequent Listed winner Gumdrops and while he's perhaps a prep away, he'll be the best horse to come from this BM64.

Kyneton Feature Bet - Race 7 No. 1 Convener

The market suggests this year's Kyneton Cup is a race of two and off recent exposed form, the bookies have got it right, with Red Sun Sensation just shading Convener for early favouritism here.

With an extra run under his belt and coming off a narrow defeat in a Group 3 that's already produced a stakes winner (Forgot You), the Moody & Coleman galloper will have plenty of fans.

While the market elect could easily get away with this, I do think Convener is the better stayer going forward and with no intent, the entire was hard to miss late when resuming in the Moe Cup.
