Adelaide suffered their biggest loss of the season in Game 1 of the Championship Series last Saturday. It was also their lowest score of the season, putting just 68 points on the board.
Two major factors contributed to the lopsided result. Adelaide’s inability to get the ball in the basket and Sydney shooting the lights out. The 36ers had 14 more shot attempts than their opponent thanks to their 13 offensive rebounds but finished with 34.6% from the field and a low 24.3% from the perimeter.
