The Block has returned for a brand new season, with the hit show returning for season 19 in 2023.

With the new season edging towards its conclusion this week, which of the pairs will be the winner this year? Steph & Gian are the current favourites at $2.25 with bookmaker Ladbrokes, but they are not alone at the top of the betting. Who are you backing to win The Block Season 19?

Steph & Gian head the betting with Ladbrokes to win Season 19 of The Block at $2.25. However, they are only just ahead of Kirsty & Brett ($3.25), Eliza & Liberty ($4.00) and Leah & Ash ($5.00). The outsiders in the betting are Kyle & Leslie, who are available at $10.00.

Season 19 of The Block premiered on August 6 2023 with hosts Scott Cam and Shelley Craft. Site foreman Keith Schleiger and Dan Reilley appear alongside judges Shaynna Blaze and Darren Palmer, while Marty Fox steps in as a partial guest judge in place of Neale Whitaker.

The houses being used in the newest season are five classic brick homes in Hampton East in Victoria. Construction originally began on the houses in March 2023, with filming completed midway through June.

This was the first season in which contestants have been given the entire renovation schedule for the duration of the build on the first day.
