Who won the last Victoria Election?

The last election in Victoria was held on November 26, 2022. This saw the 60th Parliament of Victoria elected, with all 88 seats in the Legislative Assembly and all 40 seats in the Legislative Council up for re-election. 

Daniel Andrews and his Labour Party were able to secured a third-straight term in office as they secured 55 seats, allowing them to secure a 10 seat majority government. 

Matthew Guy and his Liberal/National coalition claimed 27 seats, with the Greens increasing their representation as they secured four seats in total 

Next Victoria Election

The next election in Victoria will be held on November 28, 2026. Daniel Andrews and his Labour Party will look to secure a fourth-consecutive term in office, while the Liberal/National coalition, now led by John Pesutto, will provide the main opposition to the Labour Party. 

This election will be administered by the Victorian Electoral Commission, with all 88 seats in the Legislative Assembly and all 40 seats in the Legislative Council up for re-election.
