The Masked Singer Australia 2022 Betting Odds - Who will be crowned the winner?

The idea behind the show is that a group of celebrities wear different costumes and masks to hide them from the public and a panel of judges. The celebrities then take to the stage and sing through their masks, with everyone trying to guess who is under the mask. 

The loser of each episode will then unmask themselves until only one celebrity is left to be unmasked as the champion. The competition itself has become so popular because it is so difficult to work out who is actually behind the mask.

A person's singing voice can be so far removed from their natural speaking voice. In conjunction with this, there are stars that do not sing for a living taking part, and their singing voices can sometimes be surprisingly good, or bad. 

Winners from the first four seasons have been Cody Simpson (disguised as Robot), Bonnie Anderson (Bushranger), Anastacia (Vampire) and Melody Thornton (Mirrorball). 

For the newest series, the only returning judge for season five is Dave Hughes. He will be joined by new judges Chrissie Swan, Abbie Chatfield and Mel B. Host Osher Gunsberg returns once again.
