With two wins in the last three EuroLeague rounds, Paris have finally moved off dead center and once again look like a team nobody enjoys playing against when they are in rhythm.

Last week they ended their road losing streak with an 84:79 win in Istanbul against Anadolu Efes, and with a record of 7 wins and 13 losses they currently sit in 15th place in the standings.

Anadolu Efes are not among the top teams in the competition this season, but that should not take away from the importance of this win, as Paris rarely get the chance to celebrate away from home.

Through aggressive defense and constant pressure on the offensive glass, Paris managed to neutralize the home team offense, which never found its rhythm or matched Paris energy.

After a stretch of weaker performances and poor shooting percentages, we once again saw Paris star Nadir Hifi at his best. The French international played a brilliant game, scoring 27 points on 8/16 shooting and was the main reason behind another win for his team.

He received solid support from Jared Rhoden with 15 points, while Justin Robinson added 11, and Sebastian Herrera and Amath M'Baye scored 10 points each.

Monaco Form & Team News

Based on performances and results, Monaco are the team in the best form in the EuroLeague over the past month. They are currently on a five game winning streak in the competition, with the latest victory coming away in Valencia against one of the strongest teams in the league.

Valencia are a team whose aggressive and very fast style is extremely difficult to deal with, but the players of coach Vassilis Spanoulis not only handled it, they completely outplayed an opponent that rarely loses games at Roig Arena.

It was a true team win, with every Monaco player who stepped on the court contributing, as they managed to break down a very strong rival despite the absence of starting center Daniel Theis.

Monaco shot very well from three point range at 11/23 and recorded as many as 28 assists, with Mike James handing out 11 of them.

Alpha Diallo led the team in scoring with 17 points, while the x factor was Nemanja Nedovic, who scored 16 points in just 12 minutes against his former club.

Mike James and Jaron Blossomgame each scored 14 points, Nikola Mirotic added 13, and Kevarrius Hayes was also excellent with 15 points.

This will be the fourth meeting between Paris and Monaco this season, with Monaco winning all three previous games. In the EuroLeague, Monaco were dominant in a 125:104 win, setting a competition record for points scored.

Paris v Monaco

Games between these two teams are usually very efficient and high scoring, and there is no reason to expect anything different this time, especially since both sides are in good offensive form.

Monaco are the clear favorites, but Paris should put up a strong fight and remain competitive at the very least.

The points line is high, but it should not be an issue for two teams that thrive in high tempo games.
