2020 Australian Open Tennis Tips
The Australian Open is one of four major slams played during the calendar year.
Last year, Japanese star Naomi Osaka stood tall to claim the title, but the hometown fans will be hoping the world number one Ash Barty can claim her maiden Australian slam.
2020 Australian Open Best Bet - Ash Barty
We hope that Ash can take out the Brisbane International on her way to the Aussie Open.
If she can take out this tournament, she has to be the hardest to beat here with her tail up with the home crowd behind her. Last year she proved that she is the best with big wins in the French Open as well as the WTA Finals, cementing her spot as the best female tennis player in the world.
With the number one seed, she should have a cruzy draw up until the quarter finals where she will start meeting some high quality seeded opponents, so I am confident that she will at least make it to here.
The key during finals, if she can take out a couple of matches in two sets, that gives her the leverage against the like of Williams and Pliskova to drop a set against their big serves.
The less fuel spent the better.

WTA Australian Open Value Bet - Garbine Muguruza
Previously the world number one, she is now ranked 35 after an ordinary season where she struggled to go deep into the finals of tournaments.
She will not be seeded come the Open, so there is a chance she may verse someone high up in the rankings and steal their draw. There is no doubt that this young lady can beat anyone in the draw, she just needs to find that confidence again and beating a top seed will do that.
She is currently $34 in the market and will certainly shorten if she can take out a seed in the first three rounds.
