Napoli ended their Champions League group-stage campaign with a comfortable 2-0 win over Braga that made it three victories in six matches.

Barcelona were stunned in a 3-2 loss to Antwerp in their last match in Europe back in December.

Barcelona have won five of their last eight meetings with their opponents, with Napoli winning once and the other two games ending in draws.

Napoli have struggled for consistency in Europe this season, with the side arriving for this one on the back of three wins, two defeats and one draw.

Their 2-0 win over Braga in their final match saw them end a two-game winless run following a draw with Union Berlin and defeat to Real Madrid in Spain. While their loss to Madrid was hardly surprising, their draw with the German side at home was very disappointing.

While Napoli have not been perfect this season, they will fancy their chances of frustrating a Barcelona side that have lost their last two European away games.

Barcelona Form

Barcelona have struggled on the road in the Champions League, with the Spanish side winning just one of their three away games.

Wins over Antwerp and Shakhtar Donetsk at home came alongside home and away wins over Porto. Incredibly, Barca beat the second-best side in the group in both matches but were beaten by the two worst sides.

Clearly, their form on the road is a real worry, and I predict that Barcelona will give themselves a lot to do heading into the second-leg.
