The 2023/24 Premier League season is in full swing, with the new year promising to bring all of the thrills and spills that the 2022/23 campaign championed.

With the new season already well underway, bookmaker bet365 have made reigning champions Manchester City the favourites at $2.10, with the side drifting after the latest round of fixtures.

2023/24 Premier League Winner
Manchester City$2.10
Aston Villa$101.00
Manchester United$1001.00
Rest of the field$1001.00+

The reigning champions are $2.10 with bet365, with Liverpool ($3.00) and runners-up in the 2022/23 season Arsenal available at $4.00 after shortening following the latest round of fixtures.

Further out in the betting, you can back Tottenham ($101.00), Aston Villa ($101.00) and Manchester United ($1001.00).

The latest matchday of the season saw even more huge results. City battled past Bournemouth, Arsenal hammered Newcastle 4-1, Manchester United were humiliated at home by Fulham in a 2-1 loss and Aston Villa downed Nottingham Forest in a 4-2 win.

After over half the season has come and gone, all we know is that the season is hugely unpredictable.

In the 2022/23 season, Arsenal were on course to secure a stunning title success, but they found wins tough to come by in the closing stages. City then took advantage of this with a stunning run that saw them clinch the title by a five-point margin.

This season, it will have to be a major group effort for any side to dethrone Manchester City. City are far above any other team in the league, meaning the top sides will all need to do their bit in taking points from City. In a one-on-one race between City and any other side, City will likely have too much.

Only time will tell how the new season plays out, with the transfer window, new managers, new teams and more all likely to have a major impact on the campaign. Can any side take the title away from Manchester City?
