Augsburg vs Bayern Munich Tips - Kane to lead Bayern to much-needed win

Bayern Munich bounced back from their stunning loss to Werder Bremen with a 1-0 win over struggling Union Berlin. 

Bayern have beaten Augsburg in their last three in a row, while they have won seven of their last 10 meetings with their opponents. Meanwhile, Augsburg have two wins, while the other match ended as a draw. 

Augsburg had to bounce back from going 1-0 down against Monchengladbach in their last match as they fought to all three points in a 2-1 win. 

This was only their second win of the season on the road, while it finally put a four-game winless run to bed. In this time they had lost to Werder Bremen, Stuttgart and Bayer Leverkusen, with each of these defeats seeing them fail to score. 

With three defeats to Bayern in their last three meetings it is tough to see a struggling Augsburg taking advantage of any struggles Bayern are battling through. 

Bayern Munich saw their three-game winning run in the league brought to an abrupt end as they lost 1-0 to Werder Bremen. 

They were able to show their qualities next up as they fought to a 1-0 win over Union Berlin to move to within four points of leaders Bayer Leverkusen. Incredibly, despite only losing twice this season, Bayern still find themselves behind unbeaten Leverkusen at the top. 

A win in this one is vital. Bayern have won six of their last 10 to nil, while Augsburg's last three defeats have all been to nil. I predict that while this may be another battling display, Bayern will come out on top with a clean sheet.
