Glory have conceded the most goals in the competition heading into Round 13 (33 in 12 games), including exactly three in their last three defeats, which included a dire 3-0 loss against Sydney FC at Allianz mid-week, with Joe Lolley scoring a hat-trick for the hosts.

It's been a dream start to the season for Auckland, with the Kiwi club flying high at the top of the table coming into Round 13, winning seven of their 10 games and suffering just one defeat.

However, this will be by far the biggest road trip of Auckland's brief existence to date, with the team arriving in Perth on Wednesday in order to get acclimated to the conditions.

Auckland have enjoyed plenty of rest ahead of this encounter, playing just two games since December 21, which included a crushing 4-1 win over reigning premiers Central Coast before a 0-0 stalemate on New Year's Day against Melbourne Victory.
