2020 Thousand Guineas winner and Empire Rose Stakes runner-up Odeum returned to the track on Tuesday morning in an 800m jumpout.
Speedy Group Three winner Sartorial Splendour took up the running while the daughter of Written Tycoon held her position on the rail and eventually crossed the line as runner-up.
In what was by far the quickest jumpout of the six 800m heats on February 6 (around five and a half lengths superior to the second fastest), the three-year-old will take great benefit from the hit out in with the Group One Australasian Oaks in Adelaide being the main target this autumn.
