The 2024 NRL season moves into Round 19 this week with five games taking place from July 11-14. Tony Adams provides "Moley's" best bets.

Dolphins vs South Sydney Rabbitohs

The Dolphins will be missing their two most dangerous attacking players - star fullback Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow (Origin) and classy hooker Jeremy Marshall-King (injured). Souths are also missing a star duo - fullback Latrell Mitchell and inspirational skipper Cameron Murray. The Bunnies have the better depth though and are on a five match winning run. I like Souths to win, even though they are the underdogs here.

Tony’s Tip: Souths Win ($2.24 EliteBet)

Cronulla Sharks vs Wests Tigers

The Sharks have lost playmaker Nicho Hynes to injury but to be honest, his form has been below par since his poor Origin One showing and he won’t be as big a loss as some people may think. The Tigers copped another flogging last week and are finding life very tough with a young side propped up by some old stagers.

Tony’s Tip: Ronaldo anytime try ($1.65 bet365)

Gold Coast Titans vs Parramatta Eels

It’s happy days for the Titans with AJ Brimson, Iszac Fa'asuamaleaui, Jayden Campbell, Klese Haas and Phillip Sami all back in and only one Origin absentee - Moe Fotuaika. The Eels will sorely miss Mitch Moses as well as big boppa Junior Paulo. Their record without Moses isn’t good and away from home, I like the Titans.

Tony’s Tip: Titans -7.5 ($1.91 PlayUp)

Brisbane Broncos vs St George Illawarra Dragons

The Broncos have a host of players out - Jock Madden, Patrick Carrigan, Payne Haas, Reece Walsh and Selwyn Cobbo but also have  a few troops coming back. Saints will sorely miss their attacking kingins Ben Hunt and Zac Lomax as well as prop Blake Lawrie. I see both teams struggling to score points with these depleted line-ups.

Tony’s Tip: Under 50.5 Points ($1.91 BoomBet)

Manly Sea Eagles vs Newcastle Knights

Both teams are losing four players with a lot of points in them - Manly will miss Ben Trbojevic, Daly Cherry-Evans, Jake Trbojevic and Tolutau Koula and the Knights lose Bradman Best, Dane Gagai, Enari Tuala and Kalyn Ponga. Again, because of that, I don’t imagine it will be a high-scoring game.

Tony’s Tip: Under 49.5 Points ($1.91 Ladbrokes)
