Calgary Flames @ Buffalo Sabres Tips & Live Stream - Flames to get job done

Both teams, despite where they sit in their respective conference, are evenly matched heading into this contest as the Flames travel to take on the Buffalo Sabres. 

The Flames, who sit third in the Pacific Division in the Western Conference with an 8-3-5 win-loss and overtime loss record, are coming off their fifth overtime defeat loss to the Philadelphia Flyers, going down 2-1. 

Meanwhile the home team the Buffalo Sabres are sixth in the Atlantic Division in the Eastern Conference, have a 7-6-2 win-loss and overtime loss record and are coming off a 2-1 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins. 

The Flames, despite where they currently sit in the Pacific Division, have had a bit of a form slump in their past five matches. 

The Flames have only managed one win in their past five matches as they have lost to San Jose Sharks, Montreal Canadiens, Toronto Maple Leafs in overtime and come off a 2-1 overtime loss to the Flyers. 

Their only win in that period occurred on November 15 when they won their eighth game of the season, defeating the Ottawa Senators 4-0.

The host team has been in slightly better form than their opponents, winning two games of their last five. 

The losses the Sabres have suffered were against the Detroit Red Wings in overtime, Washington Capitals and to the Toronto Maple Leafs. 

The only wins came against the Edmonton Oilers on November 13, and in their most recent game against the Penguins which saw the Sabres win 2-1.
