This feels like a situation where every man and his dog will be backing Minnesota because they have been so dominant to start the season. They get the Jets in London who have been poor to start the year and they will probably come out and get belted by 24 points. It has happened so often not only in NFL but in all sports all over the world.
With that said I have been against the Vikings so far this year and they have burnt me every single time, their numbers don’t lie. Wins against the 49ers, Texans and Packers is no easy feat and the connection Sam Darnold has with his receivers right now is pretty much unstoppable. This New York defence will have their work cut out for them!
I can see a narrative whereby both defensive units make plays on the day but in the end it will come down to who can score the most points, recent trends are pointing to the Vikings. Take them to cover and the total to go Over.

New York have the roster to be better, but they just aren’t. Up against a relatively poor team in the Denver Broncos last weekend the Jets failed to score a touchdown, their 3 field goals not enough to win a wet and windy game at home.
The Jets run game never got going with only 64 yards off 23 carries while Aaron Rodgers had a hard time connecting to his receivers completing 24 of 42 passes for 225 yards. The star QB was sacked 5 times in the game as they failed to convert on 13 of 17 3rd down tries.
Defensively New York did ok, allowing only 1 touchdown and 1 field goal. At the half time break Bo Nix was on -7 yards passing. But if the offence can’t score it doesn’t matter how good your defence is, you aren’t going to win.
