Packers QB Jordan Love is on the up and coming after stepping out of the Aaron Rodgers shadow last season. He passed for 32 TD’s with only 11 INT last season in his first full year at the helm.
They come up against last seasons 30th ranked Scoring Defence and 31st ranked Passing Defence in the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles have tried to remedy this by changing out some personnel and bringing in revered Defensive Coordinator Vic Fangio but in my opinion it will take a few weeks for things to settle in the defensive end.

The Packers beat the Cowboys in the Wild Card game last season to advance to the Divisional Round against the 49ers giving up a 7 point 3rd quarter lead to lose the game. There is no doubt Jordan Love and his team will be out for revenge this season with a more potent offence at their disposal.
Green Bay ranked 12th in Scoring last season and were a top 10 Passing Defence giving up only 206 yards per game to their opponents.

The biggest signing for the Cheese Heads this off season was RB Josh Jacobs from the LV Raiders. After a Pro-Bowl in 2022 Jacobs struggled to find his rhythm last year for the Raiders managing only around half of the output of TD’s and 1D’s compared to the year prior. There is no doubt thought the man still has the dawg in him and will be an integral part of this Packers offence this season.
Green Bay are one of the youngest teams in the league with only 1 player on the roster above the age of 30. This should ensure durability and flexibility through a long and rough season.

Jalen Hurts is no doubt one of the best attacking QB’s in the game. Last season he was top 5 in Red Zone carries inside the 5 yard line which netted him TD’s in 10 of 17 games.
AJ Brown is another player that had an amazing season on the scoring end last year averaging 13.7 yds/rec on a 67% catch rate, to go along with his 7 TD’s.
Where things fell apart last season was on the defensive end and management have made changes as outlined below, it remains to be seen how well these changes take affect.

Philly’s biggest pickup of the off-season was no doubt Saquon Barkley, a name that for Eagles fans is synonymous with one of their biggest rivals the Giants. Nevertheless Barkley is a great addition to the lineup and will be instrumental in their rushing attack this season.
Vic Fangio has also been brought in to clean up the defensive mess that was the Philadelphia Eagles last season. They ranked 30th in Opposition Points and 31st in Opposition Passing Yards last season, winning games mostly thanks to their potent offence and Rush defence.
