Cincinnati Bengals @ Baltimore Ravens Tips

The best two teams in the AFC North square off against each other in week 7 as the Bengals, fresh off a 23 point win over the Detroit Lions, travel to the 5-1 Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium.

Baltimore are the frontrunners of the AFC North, as they have only lost one game so far, and are coming off a 28 point win over the Los Angeles Chargers in week 6. Their only loss came in week 1 of the season.

The position of these two teams add another interesting dynamic to this clash with it all to play for come Monday morning for the AFC North clash.

Head to Head

Over the last 10 games between these two sides, the Ravens have won seven, including the last five matches. The last of Bengals' three wins was in 2018.

The Ravens won the most recent match early in the year, defeating the Bengals 38-3.

Cincinnati Bengals Form

Zac Taylor’s side has been impressive this season and sit in handy position in second place in the AFC North with a 4-2 record.

However, in the first two weeks of the season they went up and down as they had a 1-1 record, beating the Minnesota Vikings 27-24  in week 1 and then losing to the Chicago Bears 20-17 in week 2.

They had a really good two week period between weeks 3 and 4, which saw them go 3-1 as they defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 24-10 and the Jacksonville Jaguars 24-21.

They fell to the Green Bay Packers the week after, going down 25-22, but are now coming off a 34-11 win over the Lions.

Baltimore Ravens Form

The Ravens began their season with a 33-27 overtime loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, but since that week 1 defeat John Harbaugh’s side has gone on a five match winning streak.

They defeated the Kansas City Chiefs (36-35), Detroit Lions (19-17), Denver Broncos (23-7), Indianapolis Colts (31-25) and the Los Angeles Chargers (34-6) along the way to their 5-1 record.
