The PRADA America's Cup World Series kicked off in Auckland on Thursday before culminating in the Christmas race on Sunday December 20.
After a couple of fantastic trials at the start of the week, American Magic finished the day on top of the leader board after winning both races on Thursday.
Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli and Emirates Team New Zealand finished equal-second on the leader board
after both teams finished the day with a win and a loss each.Four races are scheduled for Friday where Luna Rossa will face ladder leaders American Magic in the first and third regattas of the day.
