Read the reasons for our selections:
Gold Coast - Race 2 No. 3 Paradee
PARADEE was dominant last week when winning at this track and trip last week, beating Frosty Rocks who again looks the main danger. Paradee has the stakes class form in Victoria that is being franked just about every weekend looking the clear top pick based on her dominance last week.
Flemington - Race 5 No. 3 Over Exposure
OVER EXPOSURE has the right form lines coming into the race with a third behind Vassilator last start over 1400m who was unlucky in stakes class last start. First-up he was beaten just under three lengths by the Standish winner so he has proper stakes form. Any rain about would not hurt his chances either.
Flemington - Race 6 No. 2 Biometric
BIOMETRIC was okay first-up before a very unlucky run second-up where he should have beaten the race favourite Rule The World. Damien Oliver now takes the ride, and from barrier four, he should be off the fence to find plenty of room around the bend from his usual worse than midfield position. His best form would blitz this field so hopefully last start was a shade of that.
Gold Coast - Race 6 No. 12 Swift Witness
SWIFT WITNESS was dominant last week with the blinkers on for the first time, sitting behind the speed with Glen Boss aboard. There was a bit of bumping entering the straight, but the figure she posted was better than anything in this race and she is expected to prove the one to beat in the feature of the day.
Rosehill - Race 9 No. 8 Private Eye
PRIVATE EYE. Looks a race of two but on the search for five consecutive victories, this gelding from the Joe Pride yard gets the nod. The late betting has been against him each time this preparation, but he's been nothing short of terrific and has that instant turn of acceleration, where he can make up lengths at key stages from seemingly nowhere.
Although I'm a little surprised they didn't go to the Magic Millions 3YO Guineas, this is clearly a much easier assignment.
Multibet FAQ
What is a multibet?
A multibet is a combination of bets rolled into one wager. You can increase the odds by adding selections. A multibet must consist of at least two selections.
What is the minimum stake for a multibet?
There is no minimum - you could place as little as $1 on your multibet.
How is a multibet calculated?
The odds are combined to give you a total price for the multi. When you win on leg one, that amount is then rolled onto leg two and so on. The winning price is your rolling stake placed on the final leg of the multi.
