The famous three-day Warrnambool Racing Carnival begins on April 29, with the Brierly Steeplechase headlining Tuesday's 10-race program.

He was unlucky first-up in a decent BM78 at Ballarat and Sing For Peace backed that 2000m return run up with a strong chasing effort at Sandown last start.
The six-year-old recorded the fastest last 800m/600m/400m and 200m of that April 21 event and he hasn't finished out of the money in four attempts over the jumps.
On jumping debut, he just missed when second to Right Now, who was a 14-length winner at his next start, while he also ran into subsequent winners via his other runner-up finishes.
Carlton Draught BM70 Handicap Tips (Race 7)
Warrnambool Roughie - Race 7 No. 4 Any Luck
The main query is the weight rise for this 2350m attempt, although as a hard-fit and in-form mare in a BM70 field that has a long tail, Any Luck still has claims.
She's hasn't finished out of the money via her last five appearances and the Wayne Walters-trained galloper brought up win number five last start in the Penola Cup.
There was some Melbourne metro form around her two prior performances and Any Luck has been competitive on the country cup circuit throughout most of this season.

Warrnambool Next Best Bet - Race 8 No. 1 Rolls
Despite being a big drifter on return in Adelaide, Rolls caught the eye from off the speed in that Listed event (fastest last 800m/600m/400m and 200m of the race).
The local has a good record on his home track and the gelding has saluted over the last two Warrnambool Carnivals, which includes a comfortable win in this race last year.
With 59.5kg after the claim from Jaylah Kennedy, Rolls gets some relief at the weights, while the recent interstate trip should bring him on for this second-up tilt.

Warrnambool Value Bet - Race 9 No. 13 Mr Charismatic
Tom Dabernig has a big team entered for the 2025 Warrnambool Carnival (accepted with 22 runners) and the local trainer recorded three winners over the three days last year.
He's also not afraid to travel far and wide to find the right race with a low-rated horse, so we need to respect this aggressive placement of Mr Charismatic, who is on stable debut.
His form fell away after saluting on debut at Moonee Valley, but the two lead-up trials in April were both strong and Harry Grace has gate one at his disposal here.

Warrnambool Best Bet - Race 10 No. 4 Stokke
I suspect that there's better races in Stokke going forward, a local four-year-old who has shown to suggest that she can be a city class sprinter in Melbourne.
The daughter of Rich Enuff resumes in a BM64 on her home circuit and along with completing a strong trial last month, Blake Shinn stays aboard from her November 28 victory.
Both wins have come first-up and following a slick debut triumph, there was good form through Lingani (won a Listed race before beating Aviatress) and Zanthron (four-time city winner).
