Wagga Best Bet - Race 4 No. 6 Dubai Warrior
This Matthew Smith-trained galloper has talent, but he just hasn't put it together and taking Dubai Warrior on the road for this fourth-up assignment is good placement.
First-up, the three-year-old ran the fastest closing sectionals of a 1300m Goulburn Class 1 and he then found trouble at a key stage as a well-backed fav second-up.
Despite racing keenly, he ran the fastest last 400m and 200m of his third-up event at Kembla Grange and he looks suited up to a mile in this set weights Class 1.

He has no first-up form to his name and that adds further merit to his Rosehill resumption on March 15, where the gelding rattled home from the rear.
Felix Majestic did bolt in with a trial ahead of that Group 3 attempt and given he's an out-and-out dry tracker, the five-year-old hasn't raced since the fresh performance.
He looked up to the mark when winning a tick-over trial on April and it took a subsequent Group 1 winner (Briasa) to beat him in The Hunter prior to a spell.
Devcore Property Group BM66 Showcase Tips (Race 8)
Wagga Value Bet - Race 8 No. 3 Persian Dancer
The first-up form through Arthur The Great reads very well for this grade, although Persian Dancer was a touch flat when second-up at Albury on April 17.
It's worth noting that she has no first or second-up victories to her name, so that last outing can be forgiven and the daughter of Choisir is unbeaten from three third-up runs.
Persian Dancer was a 4.6-length winner when third-up over this track/trip and grade last campaign, and she's arguably going a little better this time in.
