Tamworth Best Bet - Race 6 No. 4 Cresta Run
This filly showed potential in five runs over her first prep, with two placings in decent country maidens recorded at starts one and two, but she was then well-held in a metro contest.
Cresta Run broke through following that when returning to country level and she was spelled after a fourth-of-eleven over this track/trip (five winners have come from that race).
The daughter of Your Song arrives here off a terrific Scone return, where Cresta Run ran the second-fastest last 400m and 200m of the program, while she finds a weak Class 1 here.
L & K Electrical & Air Conditioning BM58 Tips (Race 7)
Tamworth Value Bet - Race 7 No. 5 Cheap Gas
He can be slow away from the barriers, however, the gelding has jumped a little cleaner in two appearances this campaign and he's well placed back to BM58 company.
Wet ground brings the four-year-old further into calculations, with Cheap Gas a comfortable Heavy 8 winner last winter and he's coming out of a stronger race at Coonamble.
Aaron Bullock takes the reins, with Bullock the leading rider in country New South Wales and he's coming off his best month for the season (25 winners in June at a strike-rate of 31%).

Tamworth Next Best Bet - Race 8 No. 7 Not Written Off
Despite working beautifully in three lead-up trials ahead of her June 13 resumption, Not Written Off was a late market drifter for that Muswellbrook Class 3.
The punters couldn't have got it more wrong, as the mare set a strong clip up front and proved too speedy in a slick fresh effort, while there was some useful sprinters among the beaten brigade.
Scone trainer Cameron Crockett has kept Not Written Off up to the mark with an easy trial win on June 25 and staying at 1000m suits this four-year-old.
