Sunshine Coast Tips for January 30
COASTLINE BMW 5 SERIES SEDAN No Metro Wins Handicap Tips (Race 4)
Sunshine Coast Best Bet - Race 4 No. 10 Platinum Euros
The lightly raced four-year-old is blessed with ability, after almost knocking off the flying Garibaldi, before proving quite flat second-up.
What we wanted was to see was him bounce off that second-up run and bolt in third-up, which is exactly what unfolded with a three-length win.
Now fourth-up, in-form and hard fit, he looks ready to go through the grades this prep and register his first city win on Saturday.
COASTLINE BMW 8 SERIES COUPÉ Class 6 Handicap Tips (Race 5)
Sunshine Coast Value Bet - Race 5 No. 9 Orcein
This galloper has a bit of talent on his day, but has raced a bit flat this prep besides last start, where he did pull up with some post-race issues.
Waller has a habit of using the Queensland seachange to rejuvenate and oout of form Sydney runner, so I would not be shocked if that is what he is trying to do with Orcein, who now gets the blinkers removed.
It is worth noting that the son of Snitzel is at his best when racing fourth-up, with a win and two placings from four attempts, so with gate four and Ron Stewart on, expect a bold showing in a new environment.

Sunshine Coast Next Best Bet - Race 8 No. 1 Emerald Kingdom
He is not always a punters pal is this Rob Heathcote-trained gelding, but will be right around the mark here after racing against much stronger opposition this campaign.
Three-back, Emerald Kingdom was chasing The Harrovian, before running placings behind Soxagon at his next two, with that galloper then placing in the Magic Millions Cup.
He has the form on the board, a win at the track and looking the only natural leader in the race, so should be able to roll to the front from an inside gate and make the running, looking the winner at the top of the straight.
