Sandown Next Best Bet - Race 2 No. 2 Daily Bugle
This is a colt that I know the stable have a very big wrap on, having won on debut at big odds over another spruiked galloper from the Linsday Park yard who almost broke through last Friday.
He showed an electric turn of foot at Pakenham on January 28, taking a liking to the big straight which is what he will get here as well, so it looks clever placement.
Daily Bugle will get back and look to run home, which I am expecting will be made easier being able to build momentum around a bend with the rail out nine metres.
He was dominant over 1200m last start and will only improve coming up in trip being by Press Statement.

Sandown Value Bet - Race 4 No. 13 Jungle Jane
She is a handy mare on her day, and although not a perennial winner, she tries hard and that's what you want in a racehorse.
Jungle Jane has just struggled to hit her top this campaign which could be due to the good tracks, but she has also been racing in nice company and is perhaps suited to 1800m now fourth-up.
Matthew Cartwright hops back on and takes 3kg off her back which gets her very well in at the weights.
With the sweeping bend, she is one that should be able to build her momentum and find herself somewhere in the finish at a great each-way price.
Ladbrokes Back Yourself Handicap Tips (Race 5)
Sandown Best Bet - Race 5 No. 11 Diamonds'n'stones
Confident that this boy is the horse to beat over Heart Of Puissance being that he is second-up and could be in for a flat effort.
This three-year-old elding deserved the win two races back, before putting Duke Of Neworleans to bed last start, with the third placed horse Ruby Street subsequently recording a dominant win.
Diamonds'n'stones has race fitness over the favourite, as well as having 7.5kg off of him, and not to even mention the tactical advantage in running.
There is no doubt the when both horses are at their peak, Heart Of Puissance could be anything, but off the back of a long spell and a good first-up run, he could be in for a flat run here.
