Gosford Value Bet - Race 2 No. 3 Glebe

This Chris Waller-trained filly quickly improved off a plain debut showing last spring, with the daughter of Savabeel finishing third over this track/trip in November before a spell.

A full sister to Group 3 winner Savaglee, Glebe should finished a little closer in that second race day attempt, as the three-year-old was racing in restricted room at key stages.

She was a notable drifter fresh and while unsuited in a sit/sprint at Kembla, Glebe was the only one making ground from off the speed and the runner-up franked the form last week.

Gosford Next Best Bet - Race 3 No. 2 Rattle And Hum

Although he's well up in grade off a Class 1 victory at Newcastle, Rattle And Hum was only second-up in that March 21 romp and that followed an even run on Australian debut.

A galloper who won over 2615m in Ireland, the four-year-old found a mile a little too sharp in that first-up outing on February 29, with the extra 250m suiting via his last appearance.

Stepping up to 2100m is ideal third-up and although drawn out, he appears to be the main speed influence here, while he remains on wet ground (most form has come on soft tracks).

He's never shown a great deal in his trial work, hence the $21 starting price on debut in January, however, after tracking the speed in that Super Maiden, he recorded a nice win.

While he was no match for all-the-way winner Franz Joseph at start two, the son of Ace High wasn't disgraced in second via that metro BM64 and he was then sent for a short break.

Bullets High resumed in a a handy three-year-old BM72 on March 27 at Randwick-Kensington and he caught the eye late there, recording the fastest last 200m of the entire card.

Gosford Roughie - Race 8 No. 11 Zanzibar Gem

This mare has a short, but sharp turn-of-foot when right, so while that could leave her vulnerable over 1200m for the first time, she draws for a soft run on a forgiving circuit.

Zanzibar Gem was consistent over her first two campaigns, with the last of those culminating with a metro BM72 victory at Canterbury and Dylan Gibbons was aboard for that win.

The five-year-old was a touch plain last time, however, she has no second-up form to her name and that followed a decent fresh effort, where she was back and covering ground.
