The daughter of Cosmic Force made the perfect start to her racing career when delivering a victory by nearly one-and-a-half-lengths in a 1000m maiden at Ballarat in early November.
The pick raced on the pace when encountering a good 3 surface that day with the second, third and fourth all going on to win subsequently.
The filly herself went on to maintain her unbeaten record when competing in a metro Benchmark 64 handicap over 1000m at Moonee Valley later that month.
Racing from the front on a good 4 surface the selection registered a comfortable victory by over a length after which she was spelled by connections.
The youngster has shown up well in delivering victories in a couple of jumpout’s at this venue in recent months with the drop to provincial-level racing a positive in this event.
Jockey Beau Mertens knows the selection well and his mount looks up to maintaining her unbeaten record by resuming with a win.
Good Friday Dual Codes 18 April BM64 Handicap Tips (Race 4)
Cranbourne Roughie - Race 4 No. 3 Mariota
Trained by Paul & Tracey Templeton the gelding recorded fourth place finishes in his first two starts this prep.
Those starts included a defeat by just under two lengths when contesting a Benchmark 64 handicap over this distance at Sale in January.
The selection was freshened following that effort and he went on to record the second win of his career stepped up to 1740m at the same venue the following month.
The son of Fastnet Rock was again racing in a Benchmark 64 handicap event that day and he can be forgiven a last of nine effort at big odds at Sandown subsequently.
The pick failed to make an impact when racing over 1800m on a soft 6 track at Sandown with the form of that contest working out well.
The four-year-old tackles an easier event here and with Tom Prebble, on board for his latest win back in the saddle he may prove up to springing a surprise racing in a tongue tie for the first time.

Trainer Reece Goodwin boasts a 19% strike-rate (6/31) at this venue with his representative here one of two runners for him on today’s card.
The four-year-old showed ability in four starts for Ciaron Maher last prep and he broke through for his first victory when racing over 1010m at Sale in February on his return from a spell.
The pick raced on a soft 5 track that day and while he could finish only seventh in a Benchmark 0-62 handicap at Pakenham next time he jumped at big odds on that occasion.
That contest has produced a number of subsequent winners including the selection who returned to winning ways back here last time out.
The son of Iffraaj raced on a soft 6 track when saluting by over a length in a 1400m Benchmark 58 handicap that day.
Daniel Stackhouse is set to ride for the first time here and having raced on the pace last time out similar tactics are expected jumping from barrier four.

The four-year-old recorded some good efforts in Queensland last prep including when completing a double in saluting in a 1600m Class 1 at Sunshine Coast in August.
While unable to win in four starts since switching to Victoria the filly has recorded a couple of good second place finishes in each of her last two starts.
The first of those saw her lose out by less than a length when contesting a 1600m Benchmark 64 handicap at Kilmore in February.
The selection was freshened following that effort and she went on to be beaten just under two lengths when contesting a similar event over the same distance at Pakenham last time.
The daughter of Toronado stayed on nice having jumped at $10 last time out and she shaped as if the extra distance she tackles here will suit.
Jockey Jamie Mott, on board last time out is again set to ride and his mount looks up to recording a victory on her first attempt at this trip.
