Procon Developments Maiden Plate Tips (Race 1)
Cranbourne Roughie - Race 1 No. 9 Missile Meg
Trained by Enver Jusufovic, Missile Meg is the most experienced runner in the field, having registered four top-three finishes in her thirteen starts to date.
Those placed efforts have all come on wet tracks, including when placing on three consecutive starts in June and July last year.
The third of those outings saw the four-year-old lose out narrowly in a 1411m maiden held on a Soft 5 track at Sale.
While it is disappointing that the filly has failed to score since, she has registered good efforts at Geelong and Pakenham since returning from a spell.
That Pakenham effort saw her race close to the speed before being beaten just over a length into fourth in a 1400m maiden held on a Good 4 track here on March 21.

Cranbourne Next Best Bet - Race 5 No. 1 Ziyab
The gelding showed plenty of ability when trained in Europe, including when breaking his maiden over 1609m at Leicester in June.
The four-year-old contested competitive handicaps subsequentl, including when delivering a fifth over 2011m at Royal Ascot later that month.
The son of Kingman ended his time in Europe with a good second when contesting a 2011m handicap at Leicester in October.
Ziyab was racing first-up on a Soft 6 surface on that occasion and he should have no issues with the drop back in distance he gets here.
Now in the care of Ciaron Maher, Ziyab has had two outings in jump outs, including when taking a step forward in finishing fourth over 1200m on March 25.

Cranbourne Value Bet - Race 7 No. 6 Stellar Mofeed
The filly broke her maiden when saluting by over a length in a 1206m maiden on a Soft 6 surface at Benalla in September.
Racing first-up that day, Stellar Mofeed raced close to the speed and while she failed to score subsequently that pre, it’s notable that she was highly tried at times, including in Group company.
The three-year-old was spelled following a last of thirteen when jumping at triple-figure odds for a 1700m handicap at Flemington in November.
The application of blinkers for the first time brought about a return to form, with the youngster delivering a narrow win when racing at Ararat first-up this prep.
Stellar Mofeed followed up that win in an 1100m Benchmark 58 handicap with a good fourth in a similar race to this here March 22 and she looks value to salute from an inside barrier.
Ladbrokes Odds Surge BM70 Handicap Tips (Race 8)
Cranbourne Best Bet - Race 8 No. 11 Chilled
The three-year-old showed good form as a juvenile when winning twice at Morphettville, including in the Listed Without Fear Stakes over 1050m in May.
Chilled came home nearly half-a-length clear of her rivals on a Soft 7 track that day and went on to acquit herself well in a Group 3 at the same venue subsequently.
Matt Laurie’s filly resumed this season with a narrow defeat when contesting a 1000m Benchmark 64 handicap on the Hillside course at Sandown.
She tired late on when racing on a soft 5 surface that day and has been off the track since failing to shine over the same course and distance the following month.
Chilled has gone well fresh in the past and arrives here on the back of a win over 900m in a jump-out at Mornington.
