Race 2 No. 2 Aged Care
There's still upside with this three-year-old, who was in the market first-up via a decent Class 1 on Scone Cup Day.
Aged Care didn't figure in that return, but there were excuses (cardiac arrhythmia) and he was then a month between runs second-up.
Blinkers went on ahead of that Port Macquarie attempt and while he didn't much, it was a confidence booster for the gelding.
Most of his form has come on rain affected ground, while in-form hoop Aaron Bullock stays aboard Aged Care.

Race 6 No. 3 Cheap Gas
He can be slow away from the barriers, however, Cheap Gas has jumped a little cleaner in two appearances this campaign.
Mikayla Weir sticks from the second-up placing at Coonamble and that event was taken out by Micro Mikki (won three of his last four).
Wet ground brings Cheap Gas further into calculations, with the four-year-old a comfortable Heavy 8 winner last winter.
He didn't progress last prep, which included unlucky run in a Country Championships heat, but his best effort came third-up.

She was a heavy track winner three starts back and the daughter of Nicconi had no luck last time out, where the mare covered ground at Muswellbrook.
After opening at $9.50 with Unibet Australia, Pins And Needles is now equal favourite with My Mate Kate (both $4.80).
Stats Say:
Aaron Bullock rode the most country winners in Australia for seasons 2022/23 and 2023/2024, and a strong June (25 winners at around 30%) has him in a good position to complete a hat-trick.
He has five engagements on Tuesday's Newcastle meeting.
