Gunsynd Classic 2020 Barrier Draw
Chris Waller-trained favourite Kinane has retained favouritism ahead of the Group Three Gunsynd Classic despite drawing an outside barrier for Saturday's race.
The three-year-old son of Reliable Man will jump from the outside barrier in the field of 14 runners with Ryan Maloney in the saddle.
Kinane is the $2.05 favourite at Sportsbetting to take out Saturday's Gunsynd Classic.
Waller's other horse in the race Impactful was able to draw a lot better than the stablemate and will jump from gate 5 on Saturday.
The barrier draw was kinder to the $5.50 second favourite Profit, who will jump from barrier two. Trained on track by Chris Anderson, Profit is coming off a fourth placing in the Listed Doomben Guineas on May 9 behind Vanna Girl.
The second placed horse in that race Supergiant has drawn barrier give ahead of Saturday's mile feature.
