It was a total forgive run first-up in the Lightning Stakes, just about falling as Profiteer was eratic in the run and causing some damage to the field.
I thought the way he picked himself back up to close off the race was very good, even though he was seven lengths from the winner, he nearly did not even finish.
He has Group One form around The Valley and an explosive turn-of-foot, so on a place line, he looks a great bet with plenty of speed engaged.

This filly is the smokey for exotics, running an enormous race when fresh at Randwick behind Fangirl and Espiona before failing in heavy ground last time.
We know the fillies form has not quite measured up, but this girl has always looked one of the better types and her two wins at Moonee Valley have been nothing short of great.
