The VRC Sprint Classic is a $2 million dollar dash up the Flemington straight and it is one of two Group One's run on the last day of the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
One of the more prestigious sprints on the Australian racing calendar, a strong set has been included in the futures market where Nature Strip is the $4.60 favourite with Neds.
A dominant winner of this race back in 2019, the talented speedster bounced back to his best last autumn following a runner-up finish in last years VRC Sprint Classic when well beaten by Bivouac.
