With the Sydney Cup being the main target this campaign, More Felons has been almost faultless in two lead-up runs ahead of this 3200m feature, which included a return win in the Parramatta Cup on February 24.

Although it was only a narrow fresh victory, the Chris Waller-trained import was working home on the inferior ground via that Rosehill program and he then just missed second-up in the Group 1 Tancred Stakes, where he was more than five weeks between runs.
More Felons was a 3381m winner when campaigning in Europe, so the extra trip shouldn't worry him and at $4.50 via BlueBet, he heads competitive market for the 2024 Sydney Cup.
