Aegon kept his unbeaten record intact with an outstanding Australian debut win in the Hobartville Stakes which saw him firm dramatically for the 2021 Randwick Guineas.

Already proven twice over the mile in New Zealand, the talented son of Sacred Falls has drawn barrier eight for Saturday's three-year-old feature.

Peltzer was disappointing as favourite via that key Group Two lead-up and will need to overcome barrier 13 here.

The key for this colt could be the return to Royal Randwick, a track that he is unbeaten on from five attempts which includes an excellent first-up win this campaign in the Eskimo Prince Stakes.

Following a plain return run behind Peltzer, North Pacific (barrier four) improved with a second-place finish in the Hobartville Stakes and has drawn well for James McDonald.

The very progressive Mo'unga, who connections elected to bypass an Australian Guineas tilt with in Melbourne, will jump from gate two this Saturday.

Harmony Rose (barrier nine) is the sole filly to have accepted for the 2021 Randwick Guineas.
