The Golden Eagle looks a logical target for the son of Dundeel, however, that four-year-old feature is contested in early November and so a path through the Epsom Handicap is an option.
Celestial Legend heads an open market for the 2024 Epsom Handicap, with $7.50 his quote via bet365
Another Wil ($9) was a beaten favourite in the Doncaster Mile (which was won by Celestial Legend), where he had to settle for a seventh-of-nineteen finish after failing to handle a seven day back-up.
His form prior to that April 6 outing was terrific, with four wins on the trot to open his second campaign and all five of his career victories have been by decent margins (2.2 lengths is the narrowest).
Chris Waller prepares both Fangirl and Scarlet Oak (both $13) and after failing to stay in the Queensland Oaks, this 1600m handicap looks a logical target for Scarlet Oak, whereas Fangirl is likely to go on a WFA path.
