A strong field has been assembled for the 2021 edition of the Doomben Cup, with Group One winners littered throughout this line-up.

Zaaki broke through for a much deserved Australian victory in the Hollindale Stakes on May 8, a key lead-up event for this weight-for-age feature.

He'll jump from barrier nine and James McDonald stays aboard following that dominant Gold Coast victory.

All-Star Mile winner Mugatoo (barrier one) is still searching for his first Group One and has been freshened-up following a sixth-place finish in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes on April 17.

The six-year-old has subsequently trialled on May 5 at Newcastle.

Chris Waller has accepted with Humidor (barrier four), Shared Ambition (barrier six) and Toffee Tongue (barrier three) while the Maher & Eustace stable have dual representation via Sir Dragonet (barrier two) and Southern France (barrier 12).

12 runners make up the final field for the 2021 Doomben Cup.
