The Caulfield Guineas is a stallion making race for the three-year-old colts and an integral part to the Melbourne Spring Carnival.
Held at Caulfield racecourse, the 2019 edition was as exciting as ever with Alligator Blood looking home and hosed before Super Seth came with a barnstorming run down the outside to cement his spot as stud.
This year, the Sydney brigade looks to be the strongest, but some unexposed form from Victoria could very well come to the fore.

2020 Caulfield Guineas Tips
Caulfield Guineas 2020 Best Bet - Ole Kirk
The Golden Rose winner is clearly the testing material heading into the race, showing his barnstorming finish over 1400m last start to make himself an eight figure colt.
Winning this race over the mile would make his stallion prospects to hard to ignore with two big Group One races and impeccable blood lines.
He seems to have made himself a new horse into his 3YO season, turning his form around on the likes of Mamaragan and King's Legacy who both had his measure in the Autumn.
He just needs to get around Caulfield and relish the mile to go close, and we them may see him in a Cox Plate, if he were to run in the top two.
Caulfield Guineas 2020 Next Best Bet - Mo'unga
The unbeaten colt by Savabeel is as raw as they come, as we saw when he won the Listed Dulicify last start, beating Global Quest and Jet Propulsion.
Most thought he would head to the Spring Champion being a son of Savabeel, but the team clealry think his turn of foot is what wins a race like Guineas.
This is by far his toughest test to date, and although he draws a little sticky, you simply cannot ignore what he has done on the track thus far and the potential that he shows.
He will be even better as an Autumn three-year-old as he steps up in trip, but this race just has a feeling about it that a reasonably unexposed horse can win it.
Caulfield Guineas 2020 Roughie - Aysar
$51 in opening markets was rather generous, but that was quickly snapped up based on spruik.
He was simply too good at Sandown first-up in an inferior race, but looked as if he was ready for the mile second-up in the prelude.
He was slow out and rattled home hard, looking one of the horses to follow into this race.
The Sydney three-year-old's do look to have his measure, but the advantage this horse has is that he will relish the mile and could sit forward from a wide gate.
Lindsay Park have always rated this horse heading into a Guineas prep, so do not be surprised if he finds himself in the top four.
