Peter & Paul Snowden have a strong hand, with Bodyguard (barrier 6) one of their leading hopes, a colt who recorded a two-length win up the Flemington straight on debut last October before a spell and he resumed with a half-length victory in the Blue Diamond Prelude (C&G) on February 10.

Team Snowden also prepare High Octane (barrier 10), who impressed on debut before an unlucky attempt as favourite in the Blue Diamond Prelude (C&G), while Fearless (barrier 16) arrives off a runner-up finish first-up via the Group 3 Canonbury Stakes at Rosehill.

Coleman (barrier 7) is unbeaten from two starts, with the Matt Laurie-trained colt landed big bets when bolting in first-up via the Chairman's Stakes on February 3 and the form has stood up through his debut win last October

Gai Waterhouse is looking to land her first Blue Diamond winner with Lady Of Camelot (barrier 4), a filly who was unlucky on debut last September and she atoned for that defeat first-up on February 3, where she took took out the Group 3 Widden Stakes at Rosehill.

Eneeza (barrier 5) was well held first-up behind Coleman, however, she did win the Merson Cooper second-up in her first campaign and that's often a strong form reference for the summer/autumn features.

Godolphin are searching for a fourth Blue Diamond winner in 2024 and they'll be represented by Traffic Warden (barrier 14) a son of Street Boss who bolted in at Caulfield via his second start and that followed a runner-up finish behind a smart Storm Boy on debut.

Traffic Warden is open to improvement after a solid return at Rosehill on February 3.

Hayasugi (barrier 11) has won the fillies edition of both the Blue Diamond Preview and Blue Diamond Prelude leading into this Group 1, and she held off Kuroyanagi (barrier 2) and Matisse (barrier 1) in the lastest of those triumphs.
