Following an impressive 2.5-length win in the Mornington Guineas, Movin Out ($4.20) has been a big firmer in the 2025 Australasian Oaks market with Ladbrokes

The three-year-old was Group 1 placed in New Zealand before joining the Chris Waller stable and the champion trainer is searching for his third win in this 2000m feature.

Benagil ($4.40) caught the eye in her last spring appearance when contesting the Group 1 Thousand Guineas and after being well-held on return in February, she took out the VOBIS Guineas second-up.

She brings strong last start form from Sydney, where the three-year-old placed behind Treasurethe Moment in the Group 1 Vinery Stud Stakes and that star filly won the Australian Oaks on April 12.

Cinch ($6) was freshened-up after recording a three-length victory in the Tasmanian Oaks and she completed a hat-trick via her April 12 resumption when taking out the Group 3 Auraria Stakes.

Despite being a half-sister to Mossfun (2014 Golden Slipper winner), the daughter of Dundeel has proven most effective over longer distances and for the 2025 Australasian Oaks.

Polymnia ($6) broke through third-up before a narrow last start defeat as fav when contesting the Group 3 Adrian Knox Stakes and she'll remain at 2000m for this Group 1 attempt.

All Kinds Of Folk ($9) was a dominant 12-length winner of a Benalla maiden prior to her runner-up finish in the Auraria Stakes and she's ready to attack the longer journey now fourth-up.

Australasian Oaks Winners

The Australasian Oaks is one of two heradline acts on the first Group 1 meeting of the Adelaide Autumn Carnival, with this 2000m fillies feature running alongside the Robert Sangster Stakes.

The first ever running of the Australasian Oaks in 1982 produced Rose of Kingston, the eventual Australian Horse of The Year.

This race has produced successful mares including Zarita, Lights of Heaven, May's Dream and Anamato, with the latter being the dam of current day champion - Anamoe.

Glint Of Hope (2022), Affaire A Suivre (2023) and Vibrant Sun (2024) have won the last three editions of the Australasian Oaks.
