Western Australian native Tuscan Queen remains the $3.40 favourite at online bookmaker Ladbrokes following the barrier draw for Saturday's Group One Kingston Town Classic.

The filly, who will jump from gate three, is looking to emulate the feats of Arcadia Queen who took out the Group Three WA Champion Fillies Stakes en route to a powerful win in last year's edition of the race.

Another winner of Tuesday night's barrier draw was Godolphin runner Best Of Days, who will jump from gate two. The five-year-old firmed from $9.50 into $9 after the favourable result.

The draw wasn't as kind to Railway Stakes winner Regal Power, who will start from barrier 15 on Saturday. The market remains confident in the Group One winner, staying firm at the $8 quote.

The bookies didn't keep the faith in Archenar Star however, with the horse shifting from the $18 quote out to $21 following the widest possible draw.

Saturday's Group One Kingston Town Classic is the final major race in Australia and is due to kick off at 9pm AEST.
