Soft 5 is the current track reading, however, mostly fine conditions are expected on race day.

PERTH RACING AT HOME MAIDEN Tips (Race 3)

Belmont Value Bet - Race 3 No. 8 The Full Bottle

The search for some value in what isn't the strongest of maiden's has landed us with this resuming filly from the Rhys Radford stable.

After being tipped out following a disappointing debut last year, she had an aborted summer campaign following some average trials but with further time, her latest hit-out when winning a heat at Lark Hill recently was clearly her sharpest piece of work to date.

The dreaded bar plates have now been removed which could go a long way to explaining that recent improvement in what was decent time for the class that morning on a wearing track when leading throughout.

The odds-on favourite here in Elite Street was rather plain first-up and in a line-up where very little else is making strong claims, The Full Bottle can be our value play at a double figure quote.

QUAYCLEAN HANDICAP Tips (Race 5)

Belmont Best Bet - Race 5 No. 2 Chantrea

With three wins from as many starts, it's hard to knock the perfect winning record of this three-year-old to date who resumed with a victory over the 1400m here on June 3.

A daughter of Puissance de Lune, this Lindsay Smith-trained filly picked up for the rear when winning over this 1700m journey last time in and it's been impressive how she's just continually found a way to score.

Chantrea was excellent again when reeling them in with ease to get that recent fresh win and from barrier one over this journey, William Pike can settle handier in the run.

There's a little more depth here, however, her opposition are rather well exposed and as the one that should be on the up, Chantrea's picket fence can continue as the best bet at Belmont this Wednesday.

SEACORP HANDICAP Tips (Race 7)

Belmont Roughie - Race 7 No. 6 Roll The Goodtimes

He has somewhat of a habit of being or miss with his form hence his big price in this staying affair, but off the back off two very encouraging efforts, there's a hint of overs in the market.

A half-brother to a dual stakes-winner in Chocolate Holic, Roll The Goodtimes rebounded off the May 14 flop here to only go down half a length at Geraldton eight days later.

Following that, he made good ground again to place behind the in-form Celtic Diva at Pinjarra and finished just off Unending on that occasion, who's less than half his quote in this event.

From off the speed with some early tempo predicted, Roll The Goodtimes has each way claims in the seventh from Belmont off them recent performances.
