Supercars 2025 betr Darwin Triple Crown Tips - Broc Feeney extends Championship lead

It is a race at the front between the two Red Bull cars with Feeney taking over the Championship from his teammate Will Brown after a two-win performance in Perth a few weeks ago. 

Finding the right balance in the car in Darwin is a challenge. The long straight where drivers push their machines up to 271 km/h needs to be counterbalanced with a technical final segment of the track theat require more down force. With much higher temperatures on track than usual, taking care of their Dunlop SP Sport Maxx tires will be the key to winning the strategy battle.

The team that adapts to the new tyre rules and wins that battle will have a significant advantage in Darwin.

I'm not looking anywhere further than Broc Feeney all weekend when it comes to backing the contenders this weekend.

The Championship leader has 6 poles, three more than any other driver in the field. Feeney also took a pole in Race 2 in Darwin last season and a second in Race 1, so the confidence is high that the Red Bull and Feeney are in sync in Darwin. 

It is the same story in the race. Feeney is pushing his Triple Eight Racing Chevy to the absolute limit at the moment and he is reaping more rewards than Mr. Consistency Will Brown. If that tactic holds, only time will tell, but I am riding shotgun with Feeney while he is on a roll.

Two victories in Perth last week and a place on each step of the podium in the three races at the Triple Crown in Darwin last season, gives me confidence heading into this weekend.
