Australia will want their top order to produce more runs after it was left to Mitchell Marsh and Glenn Maxwell to salvage the match in the 1st ODI. Other than Jonny Bairstow, England have the same problem with big players not performing.
England Form & News

After restricting Australia to 120-5 they allowed the Aussies off the hook to post a total of 294 runs at Old Trafford. England’s response in the run chase was disappointing with big players Jason Roy, Joe Root and Jos Buttler failing with bat in hand.
It was left to Sam Billings to try and take England home but despite a superb innings of 118 runs he couldn’t get England home, as they fell 19 runs short.
England aren’t likely to change too much from the team in the 1st ODI. Tom Banton and Dawid Malan are both waiting in the wings but may need to remain there for a while longer.
