Geelong Cats have won the last four head to head clashes and nine of the last 11. St Kilda have won one in that time and there was also a drawn game in 2015.

The Cats were 59-point winners in the only clash last year. Geelong won 93-34 in a one-sided affair at the Gabba in Brisbane.

St Kilda Form

St Kilda have posted back-to-back wins to breathe life into their misfiring season, and they will jump into the eight with a win on Friday.

Having suffered heavy defeats at the hands of Richmond Tigers and Port Adelaide, Saints have beaten Hawthorn and Gold Coast Suns over the last two rounds.

They thumped the Hawks 128-59 before winning a tight contest against the Suns away from home last weekend.

St Kilda's Jack Billings led the way with 25 disposals and two goals in a 64-54 victory at Metricon Stadium.
