The AFL season is edging closer and closer to its explosive finale, with the competition now down to the Grand Finals stage, with Collingwood taking on Brisbane Lions in the showpiece event. 

While the Grand Final will be the main focus for each player and team, winning the Brownlow Medal will also weigh on the minds of the players, especially the ones at the head of the betting. The Brownlow Medal Winner Favourites


Nick Daicos, Marcus Bontempelli, Zak Butters, Christian Petracca and Lachie Neale are the current favourites to scoop the Brownlow Medal. Daicos is seen as the outright favourite, but he is only just ahead of Bontempelli. 

Both Daicos and Bontempelli are seen as the most likely candidates as their over/under votes stand at 29.5 in comparison to Butters (28.5) and Petracca (27.5). Despite this, anything could happen in the betting, with the battle for the Brownlow Medal about to reach boiling point.

The Brownlow Medal Winner Underdogs


The battle for the Brownlow Medal is one that will likely be won by one of Daicos, Beontempelli or Butters, but there is still hope for those further out in the betting. Errol Gulden was brilliant for the Sydney Swans, while Tim Taranto excelled for the Richmond Tigers.
