2021 Brownlow Medal Tips

Brownlow Medal 2021 Best Bet - Lachie Neale

You simply cannot ignore how good this superstar was in 2020, polling 31 votes across 17 matches, where in a regular season he would have broken the count record.

He has recently dominated in a practice match against the Suns, as silky and as smooth as he has looked since joining the Lions.

He has taken that next step to not only gather disposals, but to punish the score board as well, which is why he is now one of the few elite players in the competition.

Brownlow Medal 2021 Next Best Bet - Nat Fyfe

The two-time Brownlow Medal freak has been injury plagued throughout his career, but when at his best, there is no player that can stop him.

He is elite around a contest, when contesting marking in the forward line and his pure ability to run all day is what makes him such an easy player to watch.

Of course, he needs to stay injury free, but he only needs to have 20 disposals, kick a goal and take a big grab for the umpires to write his name down on the vote card.

Brownlow Medal 2021 Value Bet - Matt Rowell

It would be a phenomenal effort for the youngster who has played just four games to be in the top 5, but kicking off last season with nine votes and co-leading the count at the end of round four was an incredible effort.

This was just his first season and what we already know is that he catches the umpires eye, so if he can average a goal a match on top of his 20+ disposals, he is a live chance.

He was a little scratchy in his practice match agains the Lions, but that would have been a good blowout for him, where he will most certainly take a lot of improvement from that.
