Brownlow Medal Betting News - Neale Your Best Bet

The Brownlow is still up for grabs after round 19 with Lachie Neale ($3.25), Tim Kelly ($4.00) and Patrick Cripps ($5.50) heading the betting market with online bookmaker Ladbrokes.

All three players had a major impact on their side winning over the weekend, while two of them look certainties for the three Brownlow votes.

Neale was instrumental to Brisbane beating Hawthorn, racking up 33 disposals along with a goal. The former Docker is my obvious pick for the three votes in this game with the next best being Dayne Zorko with two goals, 25 disposals and six tackles.

Tim Kelly had the most disposals on the ground against their win over Sydney with 31, but big forward Tom Hawkins was elite kicking five goals with 17 disposals. Mitch Duncan and Patrick Dangerfield should also will be in contention for votes. Tim Kelly may poll one vote in this game.

It was one man who lead the Blues to their victory over Adelaide – that man was Patrick Cripps.

He had 39 disposals along with seven tackles and a goal. The young Blues star is arguably the best player in the game and only a lack of wins will see him miss out on Brownlow votes throughout the season. The next best on the ground was Kade Simpson with 31 disposals and a goal. Patty is a certainty for the three votes here.

Travis Boak is the smokey leading into the vote.

He has produced career high averages this season and he kept these stats up with a monstrous 40 disposal game. He is one of the hardest players on the ground which stands out when he plays. Despite losing by a point to GWS, Boak will likely poll the three votes in this game. The downfall to his chance of winning is the fact Port Adelaide have had an incredibly inconsistent season.

Brownlow Medal Betting Tips - Verdict

I believe Lachie Neale is the man to beat in the Brownlow after another best on ground performance, which should now see him now skip clear of Tim Kelly.

Playing for Brisbane and the rich vein of form his side is in, if he can keep producing these numbers in the last four rounds he looks your Brownlow Medal winner.

Travis Boak is the smokey at this point in time with his consistent numbers throughout the season.
