Melbourne Form & Team News
Melbourne were predicted to bounce back into the finals after a disappointing 2019, but they have been terrible this season.
They sit in 15th place with only three wins from eight games and are coming off the back of one of their worst displays in the last 5 years last week when losing to Port Adelaide by 51 points.
Christian Petracca and Max Gawn have carried the Demons all season and have been brilliant in almost every game. Clayton Oliver, Jake Lever and Steven May have also carried the load for the Dees but too much has been left up to too few.
Expect Simon Goodwin to make wholesome changes this week with Tom McDonald and Angus Brayshaw likely the pair in the gun. Both men have been unable to recapture their stellar 2018 form.
